PRAYER can be both asking and affirming. Consciously recognizing The Universe as your source, ask to be directed and guided so that it is the Universes’ will that is demonstrated through you under grace and in perfect ways for the benefit of all.
You can also use affirmative prayer which is making a statement of faith either for yourself or others by focusing on the positive outcome you desire as if it has already happened instead of the negative situation you want help with.
MEDITATION Is the answering to your prayers. It is letting go of your thoughts so that that you can peacefully rest in the space between them. Practice being present, still and listening so that you can plug into your direct line to the Universe and calmly receive intuitive answers and ideas.
Take time today to chat with the universe and set aside a moment to listen.
A tangible action to demonstrate that the Universe is your supply is to return 10% of everything you have received back to that person, place or institution where we have received your spiritual food. This acknowledgment that The Universe is your source, shows your faith and aligns you with the spiritual laws of flow, receiving and reciprocity. It is a way of giving thanks and keeps you focused on prosperity and positivity which contributes to allowing yourself to receive abundance and your visions to take form.
